2024 Women in Tech Event Sponsor

OBWB is thrilled to once again sponsor Comp-U-Dopt's "Women in Tech" 2024 program. In an exciting turn of events, this year's program is being hosted in six locations across the United States: Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Mesa and San Antonio. On July 25, in his role as Chair of the AI Task Force of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, Jonathan Osha spoke at the USPTO listening session on "Impact of the proliferation of AI on prior art and person having ordinary skill in the art".

OBWB Houston Office Hosts AIPLA Committee Meeting

It was a pleasure to host the 'IP Practice in Japan Committee' Mid-Winter meeting at our Houston office this month. The schedule of presentations over the course of February 8th and 9th covered a wide and varied range of IP topics led by members of AIPPI, AIPLA and JPAA. OBWB's Hangzhou Office Commemorates 10th Anniversary

On November 24th, 2023, OBWB and Hangzhou Binjiang Government jointly held a International Intellectual Property Protection Forum to celebrate the 25th anniversary of OBWB and the 10th anniversary of Hangzhou Representative Office. Local government officials and distinguished IP experts attended the forum to deliver speeches and participate in a roundtable discussion. The forum was a great success, attracting more than 130 representatives from enterprises and IP service agencies across the country.
