Saudi Arabia Increases Focus on Intellectual Property Protection with Dedicated Prosecution Wing.
Saudi Arabia's Public Prosecution Council has announced the formation of a specialized IP Prosecution wing that will examine and initiate criminal proceedings in cases of IP infringement.
